The GTI inspection team can help customers evaluate suppliers, supervise the production process and track the delivery schedule. It can carry out physical inspections and shipment quantity and quality inspections, sampling and testing upon the request of customers. It can make out a customized inspection services plan based on customer requirements and make sure that product quality meets the requirements of the order through its on-site inspection services.

验货服务的主要目的是为了帮助客户尽可能地减少和消除在货物质量上的进口风险。GTI验货服务包含但不限于以下：

The main purpose of the inspection service is to help customers minimize the import risk on the quality of the goods. GTI inspection services include but are not limited to the following:

·        抽样封样，样品由检验员在工厂或其他地方从大货中随机抽取并密封，以便送到实验室进行测试，或提供给客户参考或进行其他目的。Sample Sealing, samples are selected randomly and sealed from a lot at a factory or other location by inspector for lab test, customer reference or other purpose.

·        样品检验，在批量生产之前或生产开始时检查初始样品。它由两部分组成：结构检查和性能测试。Sample Check, which is to inspect the initial sample prior to mass production or at the beginning of production. It is made up of two parts: construction check and performance test.

·        生产前检验，在第一批产品开始生产时进行，旨在检查是否符合客户规格。Pre-production inspection, which is carried out at the beginning of production, with the purpose of checking whether the factory is in compliance with customer specifications or not.

·        生产中检验，在生产开始后，大部分订单完成前，对工厂预定点生产状况进行评估。During-Production inspection, which is carried out to assess the production condition in the factory after the commencement of production but before the majority of the order is finished.

·        装运前检验，在产品离开仓库前检验。装运前检验是对产品质量、包装、装运数量、产品标签、箱唛及其他相关信息的最后检查。Pre-shipment inspection, which is carried out before the products being transported from the warehouse. It is a final check of the product quality, packaging, shipping amount, product labels, shipping mark and other relevant information.

·        全检，根据质量标准对全部产品逐件进行检验，从而判断每一件产品是否合恪。

Full Inspection, all products are inspected piece by piece according to quality standards to determine whether each product is in line.

·        货柜监装，旨在根据最新运输行程，确保在工厂和码头装箱的产品正确，数量没有偏差。Container Loading Supervision, which is carried out in the factory or wharf according to the latest transport route, to make sure that the loading products and amount is correct.

GTI uses the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 as its sampling standard and acceptable level of quality. This method is widely used to decide whether to accept a production lot without checking every single item. This standard now has equivalents in all national and international standardization organizations such as BS6001, ABC105, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, NFX 06-022, ISO 2859 and DIN 40080.

服务流程：

1.提交申请表和其他必要的参考文件，如销售订单副本，形式发票，信用证复印件，装箱单，图纸和相关技术规格等。

2.回签GTI发送的报价文件并在预定的验货日期之前支付验货费用。

3.验货员根据客户要求执行检验。验货结果将在验货完成后12小时内通过电子邮件通知客户。

4.官方检验报告将在验货完成后24小时内签发。

Service Procedure:

1.      Submit the application form and other necessary reference documents such as the copy of sale order, proforma invoice, the copy of letters of credit, packing list, drawings and related technical specifications and so on.

2.      Confirm with the quotation sending from GTI and make the inspection payment before the scheduled inspection date.

3.      Inspectors carry out the inspection according to customer requirements. The inspection result would be sent to customer via e-mail within 12 hours after the inspection.

4.      Official inspection report would be issued within 24 hours after the inspection.
